The Faculty of Economics, in cooperation with other universities, companies, financial institutions, public administration, regional and local governments,
non-governmental organisations and organisations supporting regional development, participates in national and international research projects.
FE is actively involved in research projects in co-operation with economically-related institutions both in Slovakia and abroad. There is a close co-operation with banks and other financial institutions of the region, e.g. Priemyselná banka, a.s. (Industrial Bank, s.c.), Národná banka, a.s.
